Parks, Trails & Facilities
The City of Madera Parks & Community Services Department offers a variety of Facilities, Parks, and Fields to rent for your next event. Whether it is for a birthday party, anniversary, or company gathering. We have what you are looking for, From four wonderful indoor facilities to eight outdoor pavilions and shelters you can’t go wrong. Need a place to hold your next softball practice or have a friendly game of soccer? We offer nine softball fields, two little league fields and seven soccer fields.
In-office rentals may be made no less than 30 days before the day of the rental. Online rentals may be made up to one year in advance but no less than 45 days before the day of the rental. In-office rentals are fully customizable after meeting minimal rental requirements whereas online rentals are restricted to full day rental blocks as defined below.
Outdoor facility (parks and sports fields) full day rentals are defined as 10:30 am – 10:00 pm.
Indoor facility full day rentals are defined as 10:30 am – 11:30 pm, additional time for cleaning purposes is given up to 1:00 am. Early entry options are also available for an additional fee, indoor facilities may become available as early as 8:00 am.
Sports field rentals are only available through in-office transactions.
Tournament Fees
Non-City hosted tournaments are required to pay the City $100.00 in addition to all other applicable charges. Fields are located at both Madera Sunrise Rotary Sports Complex and Lions Town & Country Park. Field use fees are dependent upon various factors. There is a two-hour minimum use for each field. For Youth Sports League and non-profit rates, please contact the City of Madera Parks & Community Services Department at (559) 661-5495. All fields must be reserved at least 3 days in advance. All field rentals must be pre-approved by the Parks & Community Services Department. Reservations are accepted one year to the day in advance.

Zero Gravity Skate Park is open and available to skateboarders of all ages Monday through Sunday from 8:00 am through 9:00 pm *Weather Permitting* and best of all ADMISSION IS FREE!
Zero Gravity Skate Park is designed for skateboard use only. Use of bicycles, scooters, roller skates/blades or any other form of transportation that is not a skateboard are prohibited.
*In cases of extreme heat or wet conditions the City of Madera – Parks & Community Services Department will close the park for the safety of its visitors.
